RETURNS POLICY

Returns (if applicable) We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service(service@pickforu.store) to make sure you send the package to the right address.(Notes: Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.) If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product..

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME Please note that processing time (24 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
